IMPORTANT Change for IWIF Lobby Customers:

Effective January 3, 2006, IWIF will no longer provide walk-in lobby service for obtaining insurance coverage.

If you would like to obtain a policy application and coverage directly with IWIF, please call us at 410-494-2000 or 1-800-264-4943 to start the application process or if you choose, you may want to consider contacting an insurance agent partner.

Policyholders can continue to make premium payments in our lobby.

With IWIF as your insurance partner, you will continue to receive a range of quality services - some of which include:
· 24-hour injury reporting by phone or on-line at www.iwif.com
· State of the art accident management and medical care program for injured workers
· Free loss control information and consultation services provided upon request
· Fraud detection, investigation and prosecution
· Free policyholder seminars held throughout the state
· With IWIF - policyholder customer newsletter

Helpful E-services and information on-line at www.iwif.com include:
· On-line employer's injury reporting
· Obtain and print certificates of insurance coverage
· Make on-line credit card or electronic funds transfer premium payments
