IWIF Announces “Drawing Attention to Workplace Safety Poster Contest” For Baltimore County High School Students

IWIF, Maryland’s leading writer of workers’ compensation insurance is seeking safety poster entries from Baltimore County High School Students, grades 9-12. The goal of the poster contest is to creatively draw attention to and raise awareness of workplace safety.

First prize is $400
Second place is $200
Third place is $100


Entering students are asked to creatively convey the importance of workplace safety choosing from any of these three safety topic themes:

Driving Safety
Teenager and Young Worker Safety
The Importance of Never Using Drugs or Alcohol in the Workplace


The winning poster will be selected in early March and will be printed by IWIF and made available to its 29,000 policyholders/Maryland employers.

Entry deadline is February 25, 2008
