IWIF's Special Investigations Unit (SIU) is responsible for investigating claimant, premium avoidance, medical care provider and agent fraud. Making it easy to report suspected fraud is proving helpful with our Fraud Hotline, which is in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
